I am proud to announce my candidacy for the PSAC-NCR Alternate Region Executive Vice-President. With the threat of an incoming Conservative government led by Pierre Poilievre, the PSAC-NCR will need a strong union leader with a proven track record to mobilize, organize, and collaborate.

The Conservative party has committed time and again to attacking labour rights while specifically targeting women, Indigenous peoples, racially visible peoples, queer people, trans peoples– pitting communities against each other and stoking a politics of division.

​

On the gallery page you will find select photos of times that I have stood with my union siblings and community groups in solidarity to ensure that the voices of inclusivity and progress are heard loud and clear. To get ready for these attacks we must build coalitions amongst our diverse membership and with community groups and allies to build solidarity and a united front.

I am ready to support the current REVP as the Alternate and to share the load as required. In the event that I am needed to assume the REVP's duties, my position as the PSAC-NCR Treasurer reduces the required onboarding time during the transition as I am already closely involved with the finances and processes that govern the region.
